All KarolShoes footwear is made from premium-quality natural cowhide leather sourced from trusted European tanneries. The leather is hand-painted, brushed and finished in layers, giving every pair a unique look.
The upper, lining and insole are all leather. This ensures durability, breathability and comfort even during long hours of wear. We do not use synthetic materials.
Every stage of production — from cutting the leather to the final polishing — is carried out by hand in our workshop.

Each pair of KarolShoes is handmade, which is why the standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on size availability.
We ship worldwide with trusted courier partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- North America: 5–14 business days
- Asia–Pacific, Middle East, Latin America & Africa: 7–21 business days

Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method (for cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account you provide).
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels. Please include the completed return form inside the package.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, you also have 30 calendar days. Footwear must be new, clean and unworn. Fill out the exchange form and include it with your parcel.

Buty wyróżniają się znakomitą jakością wykonania oraz wyjątkowym wyglądem. Widać ogromną dbałość o detale – od materiałów, przez szwy, aż po ogólne wykończenie. Prezentują się bardzo elegancko i robią świetne wrażenie na żywo. Produkt w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania i zdecydowanie zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę.
Buty są naprawdę świetnie. Bardzo starannie wykonane. Dodatkowo bardzo miła obsługa, potrzebowałem pomocy przy zakupie za dziękuję.
Czuć że po drugiej stronie jest ktoś z dobrym nastawieniem.

Buty robią świetne wrażenie, widać wysoką jakość wykonania, staranność, klasę - to klasowy towar i widać to od razu. Są dosyć sztywne, ale to oczywiście urok materiału i wiadomo, że z czasem się "ułożą". Myślę że warto dokładnie zmierzyć swoje wkładki i dopasować do instrukcji wymiarów na stronie - zwyczajowo noszę 42, ale po wymierzeniu zdecydowałem się na 41 i z pewnością nie są za małe :) dodam też, że w rzeczywistości mają trochę inny odcień brązowego niż się wydaje na zdjęciach, tak naprawdę są bardziej "piaskowe" - moim zdaniem to żaden problem, ale warto zwrócić uwagę jeśli ktoś waha się między różnymi modelami. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony, świetnie jest mieć takie solidne i klasowe buty, w dodatku produkowane ręcznie i w Polsce. Bardzo polecam!
